● LF-2000A is suited for 1 bead inserted on middle lead and 2 teflon tube inserted on left and right lead application, minimum tube inside diameter should be 0.5mm+diagonal diameter of lead.

● PLC +Touch screen control, Turning disc revolve to realize lead spreading, bead insertion, teflon tube insertion, glue dispensing, and lead cutting process.

● Component is automatically fed by Vibration feeder.

● Lead spreading, tube or bead insertion, dispensing function can be disabled by software setting.

● Lead cutting length is adjustable

● If lead spreading width is different, Optional addtional forming die is necessary.

● Tube length inserted is adjustable
