I-352 Inline Automatic Soldering Robot

● Remark : One complete line contains one pcs inline soldering robot I-352 and two pcs elevator conveyors EC-300. If the customer wants to increase the efficiency of  production, they can use two pcs inline soldering robots I-352 and two pcs elevator conveyors EC-300 to form a line.

● Contacted heating system with 150W, it has rapid temperature recovery time.The soldering temperature can be displayed in real time. When the temperature control detects a slight change of the temperature on the soldering tip, it will quickly make a temperature compensation action.Also the temperature can be controlled by PC.

● Accurate temperature control to make temperature compensation, temperature recover  less than 1 second after the temperature drop.

● Direct heating method, temperature sensor is closed to the tip of the soldering tip which can detect the minor change and control the temperature precisely. heating speed is very fast.With the rotation axis,iron components can rotate 360 degrees. fully meet the differeent angle of soldering products.

● Various soldering tips can meet different process requirement. customized solering tips is also available according to the product.

  The machine has the function of shaking solder, artificial manual soldering, It can make the soldering process more quickly.

● Optional Broke tin solder wire feeder(for the tin diameter of 0.6-1.0mm ): Break tin solder wire feeding system can pierce holes when feeding solder wire, it can reduce burst tin that causes flux remaining on PCB when soldering under high temperature to improve the soldering quality. solder wire feeding accuracy can reach 0.1mm,equipped with Lack tin and block tin automatic check function.

● Return board device (Optional) : Servo + screw control rail up and down. The delivery PCB is stable and accurate. It can control the product's rise and fall movement and left and right transportation.

● Machine optional barcode scanner function: Automatic statistical production data and soldering parameters, and automatically generate reports. The collected production data will be uploaded to the ERP or MES production management system through MES system, so as to find the data more conveniently in the future. At the same time, the soldering machine can be established as the management mode of LAN, realizing a PC to control the multiple soldering machines in the area where it is located.

● Optional CCD: Adopts German Imagining industrial camera. Any height positioning technology of CCD, when the CCD photographing height changes, the system will automatically calculate the relationship between pixels and distance, to adapt to a variety of product needs.CCD adopts anti-smoking treatment technology. The machine will produce a large amount of smoke during the soldering process. The flux in the smoke will stick to the lens surface of the CCD. We have added an anti-smoking treatment device in front of the CCD.

● Optional N2 soldering: The N2 (Nitrogen gas) soldering device can be matched. Adopt nitrogen soldering can change the wettability and expandability of the solder. It can reduce the generation of solder balls, reduce open circuit and shorts between two pads, and can reduce the oxidation phenomenon in the soldering process, improve the soldering quality, and make the soldering points more full, better performance of the tin through the hole.
