Automatic Inkjet Printing System PM-450
PM-450 is a fully automatic inkjet printing machine for printing 1D code, 2D QR code on the surface of PCB. It consists of ink jet printing system, X/Y/R precision motion platform, CCD visual system for PCB positioning and barcode scanning, conveyor with automatic width adjustment.

2. PM-450 adopt famous brand KGK inkjet printing head which ensures high quality inkjet printing with high printing speed. |

3. Capable to print 1D barcode: CODE39 EAN128 DM, 2D QR etc. |

4. X/Y axis adopt servo motor control system with high precison ball screw and linear guide rail which ensures high accuracy of motion system. |

5. CCD with fiducial recognition system automatically correct the offset of PCB position and automatic scan the printed barcode. |

6. PM-450 is capable to connect with customer MES system to capture. txt barcode from MES system then print it (option). |

7. Industrial PC, full English interface with Windows 7 OS. |
